What you can expect when attending an auction
Hello, I'm Marilyn Schwartz, Fred's wife and the auction clerk. If you've never been to an auction here is the process you can expect:
- Register at our portable office with the following:
- name, address and phone number
- some form of ID which includes the above
- Receive a bid number card (you will show this to the auctioneer each time you make a purchase)
- When you are finished buying, return to the office to settle your account.
- You will be given a receipt for each item you have purchased.
- Please do not remove any items from the premises until payment has been made in full.
- Payment may be made in cash or check. (Sorry no credit cards accepted.)
